Blood Test app for iPhone and iPad

This app is designed for people with learning disabilities who are due to have a blood test.

Its in an easy read format with colourful clear graphics, large text and supporting narrative audio.

It is designed for health professionals, carers, family members and individuals themselves.

It has two unique modes which the user can select. The first mode is the normal mode which is displayed at a traditional easy read guide. The pictures appear on the left while the writing appears on the right. Audio can be heard if the picture is pressed. The mode requires users interaction and has mainly been designed to aid health professional when explaining the stages of a blood test.

The second mode is the automatic mode. This mode is designed for the individual to gain as much knowledge and information from app as possible. It requires no users interaction and runs automatically. The user can interact with the mode if they want to which does speed up the information delivery. There are prompts along the way to aid interaction. However, this mode starts automatically if there is no user input meaning no matter how you use this app youll always be presented with the information and knowledge it offers.
